Thai Massage:

Focus: Flexibility and improved range of motion.
Technique: I use hands, elbows, knees to manipulate the body. Think assisted yoga postures
Oil: Usually dry, but sometimes oil might be used.
Feel: More vigorous and stretching, with some popping sounds as joints are mobilized.



Korean Massage:

Focus: Deep tissue relaxation and stress relief.
Technique: Similar to Swedish massage, I use long strokes, kneading, and acupressure applied to pressure points.
Oil: Often uses massage oil to facilitate deeper strokes.
Feel: More relaxing and invigorating than Thai massage
